Leadership Opportunity

Brooksville Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys leading a team, supporting quality resident care, and helping drive strong clinical outcomes in a skilled nursing environment.

As Unit Manager, you will play an important role in coordinating resident care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned nursing unit
Coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs and nursing staff
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan meetings
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Promote infection control, safety, and quality of care standards

Qualifications

Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
