Full-Time Butcher Shop Team Member

We're a family-owned butcher shop known for our handcrafted sausages, fresh-cut steaks, house-made burgers, marinated meats, smoked specialties, and outstanding customer service. Every day is different, and every product is made with pride.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just another hourly job. We want someone who enjoys working hard, likes being part of a team, and wants to build a career while learning valuable skills that most people never have the opportunity to learn.

Whether you have butcher experience or you're starting fresh, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.

Pay

$20.00–$32.00 per hour

Starting pay depends on experience, work ethic, and the skills you bring to the team. We believe in rewarding people who show up, work hard, continue learning, and take pride in what they do. Our structured wage progression gives every employee a clear path to earning more as they grow.

What You'll Do

Help customers select the perfect meats and seafood.
Prepare fresh cuts of beef, pork, poultry, and seafood.
Make our signature sausages, burgers, marinated meats, and other handcrafted products.
Package and merchandise products to create an outstanding shopping experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workspace.
Receive and rotate inventory.
Work alongside a team that genuinely enjoys producing quality food.
