How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service within our Personal Lines business by combining human connection with modern, tech-enabled solutions.

- Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
- Leverage Gallagher’s digital tools, systems, and evolving technologies to streamline processes and enhance client experience
- Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and innovation is encouraged
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by learning, adapting, and finding smarter ways to work
- Champion The Gallagher Way by building trusted relationships and doing the right thing, for clients, colleagues, and communities

About You

Required qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience
P&C Insurance licensing required

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
