Join our dynamic team as a Purchasing Manager at KONEC USA. As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our procurement processes and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support our operations.

*Duties:*

- Oversee vendor management activities, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

- Manage logistics and coordinate the timely delivery of purchased items to various departments within the organization.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.

- Lead contract management efforts by reviewing terms, conditions, and performance metrics to ensure compliance.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide timely solutions.

- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing from vendors.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

- Strong understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)

- Certification in Procurement Management or Supply Chain is a plus.

- Bi-lingual (English/Korean)
