Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in various installation techniques. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and commercial fencing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install various types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Assemble fence panels and gates according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as necessary throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields.
- Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques and masonry is preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) is essential.
- Prior construction site experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow project specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
