What This Job Is Really Like ...
We believe in being upfront so you can decide if this is the right fit for you.
This job is physically active. You'll spend much of the day walking, bending, reaching, carrying supplies, and cleaning homes at a steady pace.
You'll be trained thoroughly, but after training you'll be expected to work independently, manage your time, follow our systems, and make good decisions without constant supervision.

Pay
Paid Training:
- One Week Training: $16.00/hour
Upon successful completion of training, team members move to our performance-based pay system.
Current team members typically earn an average of $21-$25/hour based on productivity, quality, and consistency.
Additional Compensation:
Top performers consistently earn at the higher end of the pay range.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Daytime hours (typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- No nights, No weekends, No major holidays
Full-time preferred
Part-time available (minimum 3 weekdays)

- Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong attendance and dependability
