GENERAL MANAGER – THE BUTTERED BISCUIT | FAYETTEVILLE $75,000 – $90,000 + Quarterly Bonus | Home by 3pm Every Day

The Buttered Biscuit is an Arkansas-born, scratch-kitchen breakfast concept with six locations and 200+ team members. We exist to provide an honest breakfast using high-quality ingredients. We serve our communities by showing up with great food, genuine service, and a team culture built on growth — professionally and personally.

What You'll Own

As General Manager of our Fayetteville location — you have 100% ownership of everything full house. That means the guest experience, the team, the financials, the culture, and the standard. Specifically:

Recruit, select, train, and develop your team to Buttered Biscuit standards at every position
Own your P&L: hit labor targets, food cost goals, and grow sales quarter over quarter
Lead daily pre/post-shift lineups — specials, shift notes, housekeeping, and daily team recognition
Coach your team for growth through quarterly reviews, daily feedback, and genuine investment in their development
Maintain all food specs and recipe standards with zero compromise
Deliver the Core 4 on every shift: eye contact, genuine smile, warm communication, and real guest connection
Manage catering requests and fulfillment for your location
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and legally compliant environment at all times

What We Offer

$75,000 – $90,000 base salary
Quarterly performance bonus up to 20% of quarterly salary

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years verifiable full-service restaurant General Manager experience (required)
Strong team-building, training, and coaching skills
Excellence in guest service and floor presence
Familiarity with food cost, labor management, and P&L accountability
Experience with Toast POS and 7Shifts scheduling (preferred)
ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred)
Must be able to commute to Fayetteville, AR — in-person role
