We're looking for a talented Custom Cabinet Maker to bring designs to life! If you excel at precision woodworking and have a passion for creating functional art, this is an excellent opportunity. In this role, you will craft high-quality cabinets and custom designs, contributing directly to transforming spaces and enhancing homes.

Responsibilities

Translate client visions into detailed cabinet designs, ensuring alignment with their needs and preferences.
Expertly operate woodworking tools and machinery to precisely construct cabinet components.
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the cabinetry.
Collaborate with clients, offering expert recommendations and guidance throughout the design and build process.
Uphold project timelines and quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
Execute repairs and modifications to existing cabinetry, extending their lifespan and functionality.
Stay abreast of industry advancements in techniques and materials to elevate craftsmanship and innovation.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a cabinet maker or in a custom woodworking position.
Proficiency in woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to producing superior craftsmanship.
Proficiency in reading a tape measure.

Preferred Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity for independent work.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
Physical endurance to manage heavy materials and equipment safely.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in woodworking or carpentry.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
Experience with CNC tooling and programming.
