Admiral Moving Services, Inc. – Northwest Arkansas
Guaranteed Salary for First Year | Transition to Commission | Excellent Earning Potential

Admiral Moving Services, Inc. is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and professional Business Development & Relocation Consultant to join our team.

This is more than an estimating position. We are looking for someone who will represent the Admiral Moving Services brand throughout Northwest Arkansas, build lasting relationships in the community, develop new business, and help residential and commercial customers plan successful relocations.

The right person will be comfortable meeting new people, developing relationships, networking in the community, and asking for the business.

What You'll Do

Represent Admiral Moving Services professionally in the Northwest Arkansas community
Perform in-home and virtual residential moving estimates
Perform commercial moving and relocation estimates
Develop new residential and commercial business
Build relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, apartment communities, senior living communities, businesses, builders, designers, and other referral partners
Attend networking events, community functions, and business-development opportunities
Follow up with prospective customers and leads
Maintain relationships with past customers and referral sources
Work closely with our operations and office teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service
Identify opportunities to grow Admiral's presence and reputation throughout the market
Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation forward

Moving industry experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has the attitude, drive, professionalism, and ability to build relationships.

Compensation & Growth

We understand that developing a strong book of business takes time.

For that reason, this position offers a guaranteed salary for the first year while you learn our business, develop relationships, and establish your customer base.

The expectation is for the position to transition to a 100% commission-based compensation structure once established.
