As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient care, maintaining a smooth and welcoming office experience, and contributing to a culture of excellence. Occasional travel for seminars is encouraged to support your ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage appointment scheduling with professionalism
Assist in administering chiropractic therapies and ensuring patient comfort
Support front office operations, including basic administrative and financial tasks
Run daily audits, balance financial sheets, and maintain accurate records
Work confidently across multiple systems and understand how they integrate (e.g., EHR, scheduling, billing)
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive environment for both staff and patients
Attend periodic seminars and training events to stay sharp and inspired

Qualifications (Please Read Carefully Before Applying)

Proven track record of being positive, dependable, and highly teachable—you actively seek feedback and take ownership of your growth
Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable interacting with people and maintaining professionalism under pressure
Willing and able to travel occasionally for required seminars and team development opportunities
Preferred: Radiological Technology License
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

This role requires availability until all closing duties are completed. Typical hours are Monday-Thursday from 8AM-6:30PM (or until finished with all closing duties) and Friday from 8AM-12PM (or until finished with all duties) with a 1-hour lunch break each day except Friday. Late arrival and/or departure prior to all duties being completed is not permitted. Can you commit to this schedule?
