About us

At Tekton Wealth Advisors, our promise to clients is simple: we serve, we don't sell. The name "Tekton" comes from a Greek word for craftsman, and that's how we approach every plan, every meeting, and every follow-up — built by hand, with care, for real people we know by name.

We help our clients answer the question that keeps them up at night — "Am I gonna be OK?" — and then give them the confidence to live their best life in retirement.

We're growing, and we need someone who shares that mindset to help us deliver on the promises we make to our clients.

The role

This is a behind-the-scenes role with a front-row impact on the client experience. You'll be the one who makes sure every account opens cleanly, every form is tracked through completion, and every client feels remembered between meetings. When you do this job well, our clients feel taken care of, and our advisors are free to focus on planning and serving.

What you'll do

Open new accounts and shepherd transfers from paperwork through funding, keeping clients updated along the way
Prep our advisors for client meetings — agendas, account summaries, signed documents, all ready to go
Handle service requests (beneficiary updates, distributions, RMDs, cash transfers) with care and follow-through
Keep accurate, organized records in our CRM (Wealthbox) and maintain our compliance logs
Look for ways to make our processes a little sharper every week
Follow-up with prospects to book appointments for our advisors

What you'll bring

A genuine love for taking care of people — on the phone, in writing, in person
A meticulous eye for detail; when you say something is done, it's done
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools quickly (we use Wealthbox, Altruist, Hazel AI, Holistiplan, Wealth.com, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, among others)
Clear, warm, professional written and verbal communication
A proactive mindset — you spot problems early and solve them before they grow
Prior customer service experience; financial services experience is a plus, not a requirement

What success looks like in your first 90 days

You know our clients by name, and they know yours
Account openings and transfers are running smoothly with fewer touches from the advisor
Our CRM is cleaner, more accurate, and more useful than the day you started
The team genuinely enjoys working with you
