Job Summary

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this energetic role, you will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and assist with various kitchen operations to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic cooking tasks under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through regular cleaning and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
Support food running duties by delivering prepared dishes promptly
Handle heavy lifting safely during the movement of supplies, ingredients, and equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices
Support food handling procedures to meet all food safety regulations and standards
Assist with in-person customer service by responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries or requests

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe practices
Experience in food preparation, serving, and culinary activities preferred
Demonstrated ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a busy kitchen setting
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
