Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a dental assistant who wants to expand their clinical skills and work alongside a doctor who performs a wide range of procedures, including dental implants.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
Assist with dental implant surgeries and other surgical procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
Take quality digital radiographs.
Perform digital impressions using an intraoral scanner.
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
Educate patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the schedule running efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Current Dental Assistant certification as required by Massachusetts.
X-ray certified (required).
Experience using an intraoral scanner.
Proficient in assisting with dental implant surgeries and other surgical procedures.
Strong experience in routine general dentistry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a busy practice.
A true team player who is willing to support coworkers and contribute to a positive office culture.
