General Manager – Dayton Operations and Sales

Integrated Procurement Technologies (IPT) is a 40-year industry leader providing aftermarket distribution, repair management, and program solutions supporting military operators and OEM partners around the world. As an employee-owned company experiencing sustained double-digit growth, we are making a significant investment in our Dayton operations and are seeking a proven leader to help drive the next chapter of our success.

Dayton has been home to IPT for more than 20 years. With access to exceptional talent, leading universities, strategic aerospace and defense partners, and a strong logistics network, we believe the region is uniquely positioned to support our continued growth.

This is not a maintenance role.

We are looking for a General Manager who can build upon a strong foundation, develop people, scale operations, and create a high-performance culture capable of supporting substantial future growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on both IPT and the Dayton community while helping shape the future of an organization with significant momentum.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, sales, program management, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or a related business environment.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with direct responsibility for managing teams, developing talent, and driving organizational performance.

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning operations, customer support, and commercial activities toward common business objectives.

Proven ability to establish accountability, drive execution, and deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience developing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, or enhance business performance.

Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead through change.

Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
