As our New Patient Concierge, you'll play one of the most important roles in our practice—creating meaningful first impressions and helping patients begin a life-changing journey toward better health.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, confident, organized, and thrives on building genuine relationships. If you're energized by helping people and want to make a real impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As the New Patient Concierge, you will own the new patient experience from the first visit through the start of care by:

Welcoming every new patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
Conducting personalized office tours that help patients feel comfortable and at home.
Establishing meaningful connections by asking thoughtful questions, listening intentionally, and understanding each patient's goals.
Reviewing new patient paperwork and preparing patients for their consultation with the doctor.
Assisting the doctor during consultations and examinations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Helping communicate clinical recommendations and reinforcing the doctor's care plan.
Setting clear expectations for every stage of the patient's care journey.
Coordinating treatment schedules and assisting patients with financial arrangements and payment options.
Supporting patients as they transition into wellness and maintenance care.
Working closely with the clinical team to deliver a consistent five-star patient experience.

Qualifications

Customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or patient care experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
