Our representatives act as liaisons between team members and clients, provide exceptional support to our medical team and resolve issues with empathy and passionate communication as well as the occasional puppy snuggle! Green Prairie Animal Hospitals carry a family-oriented atmosphere and provide everything needed to allow our team members to grow. Come grow with us!

Responsibilities

Client and patient satisfaction
Greeting each client with a smile
Managing the hospital schedule
Being a patient advocate
Managing incoming calls
Addressing client/patient needs

Skills

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills- veterinary based software used
High school degree
