We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardscape Installer to join our team. The Hardscape Installer will be responsible for constructing beautiful and functional outdoor spaces using various materials such as stone, brick, concrete, and pavers. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities: Install hardscape features according to design plans and specifications, including: Patios Walkways Driveways Retaining walls Outdoor fireplaces and fire pits Water features Prepare job sites by grading, excavating, and compacting soil. Cut and shape materials using hand and power tools. Mix and pour concrete. Lay pavers, stones, and bricks in designated patterns. Ensure proper drainage and grading for all installations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Operate equipment such as skid steers, plate compactors, and saws. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Hardscape Installer or similar role. Knowledge of hardscape materials, techniques, and tools. Ability to read and interpret design plans. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred
Qualifications: Certification in hardscape installation. Experience operating heavy equipment. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions. Requires physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and kneeling. May involve exposure to dust, noise, and other construction site hazards.
