Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated RBTs to come work with us in our highly collaborative supportive environment. Offering higher rates for RBT interested in providing in-home services in addition to our clinic-based services.

Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a vibrant clinical setting, where your passion for behavioral health and working with children will make a meaningful difference. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of licensed behavior analysts, supporting children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.

Our RBTs work alongside highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)who are actively involved in providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on training. Unlike many settings where support may be limited, our team prioritizes collaboration, professional growth, and skill development, ensuring that RBTs receive more support and clinical training than is typically available in similar roles.

Duties

Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
Collect accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment planning.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, feeding, and other self-care routines.
Support teaching and learning activities tailored to each child's needs, fostering communication, social skills, and independence.
Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation, including care plans, progress notes, and behavioral records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate closely with supervising behavior analysts and team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies.
Create a safe, supportive environment that encourages positive behavior management while respecting each child's individual needs.

Skills

Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.
Ability to assist with ADLs and implement teaching strategies effectively.
Excellent data collection skills to track client progress accurately.
Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical recordkeeping standards.
Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on behavioral health and behavior management.
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members in a clinical setting.
