We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional aesthetic and skincare treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine advanced nursing expertise with a flair for beauty and client care. As an integral part of our med spa, you will provide personalized treatment plans, perform advanced procedures, and ensure our clients leave feeling confident and radiant. Your energetic approach and dedication to excellence will help elevate our client experience and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Duties

Administer botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and care.
Perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
Manage client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations.
Maintain strict sanitation protocols, ensuring all equipment and treatment areas meet health standards.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results.
Engage in social media and product demos to promote services and build client loyalty.
Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and aesthetic devices aligned with client needs.
Support front desk operations, including guest services, appointment bookings, and answering inquiries professionally.
Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and certification requirements to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license with current registration as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience working in the beauty industry or med spa environment with a focus on aesthetic treatments.
Strong knowledge of injection administration techniques for botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
Familiarity with laser devices, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, or eyelash extensions Is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to ensure positive client interactions.
Ability to educate clients effectively on treatment options while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to medical aesthetics to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Skills in social media for marketing services and engaging with clients online.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
