Award winning, Grove Spa, located in Springfield, Missouri, has served spa guests in southwest Missouri, Branson, and surrounding communities since 1995. At Grove Spa, we believe healthcare should go beyond treating symptoms. Our mission is to help patients optimize their overall well being and confidence through a personalized approach that combines relaxation techniques, medical aesthetics, functional medicine, regenerative treatments, and other wellness therapies.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about helping patients achieve their health and aesthetic goals. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, practicing with a high degree of autonomy, and working in an innovative, patient-centered environment.
What You'll Do
· Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and wellness assessments
· Develop personalized treatment plans focused on aesthetics, wellness, and longevity
· Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation procedures
· Leg vein injections,
· Manage medical weight loss programs and metabolic health initiatives
· Evaluate and manage hormone optimization therapies when appropriate
· Administer IV therapy, regenerative treatments, and other wellness services
· Educate patients on treatment options and guide them toward informed healthcare decisions
· Build lasting relationships through exceptional patient care and follow-up
· Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
· Current Missouri NP licensure
· Experience in aesthetics is preferred
· Women's health, dermatology, or wellness medicine experience is also a plus
· Experience with injectables, fillers, Botox, etc.
· Experience with medical weight loss, hormone optimization, IV therapy, PRP/PRF, or regenerative treatments is preferred but not required????
· Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
· Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships
