Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Duties
- Conduct general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Stay updated on securities laws and regulations
- Prepare financial forecasts and reports
- Manage payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Write financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize financial acumen to provide insights for decision-making

Qualifications
-Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with financial report writing
- Experience in bank reconciliation and payroll management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
