Full Job Description

Master Automotive Technician – Up to $45/HR Flat Rate

US Automotive Inc. is growing fast in Springfield, MO — and we’re looking for an experienced Master Technician who wants to work in a true diagnostic environment with a strong team, modern facilities, and leadership that invests heavily in technician development.

This is not a dead-end production shop. We’re building a long-term team of highly skilled technicians who take pride in diagnostics, productivity, accountability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Get

$40–$45/hour (flat rate pay)
Typical earnings of $85K+ annually plus bonuses
$3,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available up to $3,000

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
ASE certifications preferred
