Office Clerk

Location: Springfield, MO Pay: $16-$18/hour Schedule: F/T Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a charismatic person with excellent customer service skills to join our Office and Showroom team in Springfield, Missouri. The Office Clerk plays a critical role in processing returns, maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service while supporting a variety of administrative functions.

What You’ll Do:

As an Office Clerk you will provide administrative and operational support for office and warehouse functions. You will:

Provide excellent cashier service to our showroom customers
General cashiering including placing pick-up, shipping, warranty, and quote orders
General clerical duties including filing, mailing, and organizing
Run reports and contact customers when needed
Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company needs.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
Experience with inventory management, returns processing, or warehouse support is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer service ability
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Must provide your own tools
Forklift experience (2+ years preferred)
