$40K base + $20–30K bonuses first year potential ($60-70k)

This is a great fit for someone coming from insurance, banking, mortgage, or customer-facing sales or similar industry who wants a more personal, less corporate environment.

What You’ll Do

Speak with homeowners who have already inquired about selling
Build rapport, ask questions, and understand their situation
Take clear, organized notes in our CRM (we’ll train you)
Schedule qualified appointments for our acquisitions team
Follow up with leads and keep communication consistent

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center roles
Enjoy talking with people and building trust quickly
Like having goals and being rewarded for performance
Are organized and comfortable using a CRM system
Want a stable, positive place to grow long-term

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In: Insurance sales or account management, Banking or financial services, Mortgage or lending, Home services (HVAC, roofing, restoration, etc.)
