No Mow Worries Lawn Care & Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Foreman who takes pride in building exceptional outdoor spaces while leading a crew with professionalism, accountability, and integrity.

What We Offer
- Starting Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year
- Bi-weekly Pay
- Monday–Thursday (sometimes Friday) work schedule

What You'll Be Doing
As the Landscape & Hardscape Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading landscape installation crews while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the high standards our customers expect. There is some Travel involved, we do some work 3-5 hours around Springfield this is about 2-5 times per year. For 1 week at a time. (per diem included)
Lead the Crew
- Lead and supervise landscape and hardscape crews on a daily basis
- Set clear expectations before work begins each morning
- Assign crew members to the tasks that best fit their abilities
- Train, coach, and develop crew members
- Hold your team accountable for quality, production, safety, and professionalism
- Maintain a positive, respectful work environment
- Keep projects moving efficiently throughout the day
Landscape & Hardscape Installation
Lead crews installing:
- Retaining walls
- Paver patios
- Walkways
- Outdoor living spaces
- Drainage systems
- Excavation and grading
- Plant installation
- Decorative mulch and rock
- Sod installation
- Concrete preparation
- Landscape renovations
- Shrub and tree installation
- Lawn renovations and restoration projects
Project Planning & Organization
- Read plans and organize daily production
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials before work begins
- Ensure tools, trailers, and equipment are prepared each day
- Maintain organized jobsites
- Keep projects on schedule
- Reduce downtime by planning ahead
- Manage materials efficiently to reduce waste
Quality Control
- Inspect work throughout each project
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards
- Catch issues before they become costly problems
- Ensure every project is completed correctly the first time
- Leave every jobsite clean, organized, and customer-ready
Safety
- Enforce company safety policies
- Ensure PPE is worn correctly
- Promote safe operation of equipment and tools
- Identify unsafe conditions before work continues
- Protect crew members, customers, and company property
Communication
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager
- Keep management informed of progress, delays, or concerns
- Report customer concerns immediately
- Help solve problems in the field before they affect the project
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of landscape and/or hardscape installation experience
- Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- Retaining walls
- Paver installations
- Grading
- Drainage
- Excavation
- Landscape installation
- Experience operating:
- Skid Steers
- Mini Excavators
- Compact Equipment
- Plate Compactors
- Power Tools
- Ability to read plans and organize projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
