Everlast Installations LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lead Window & Door Installer to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just know how to install windows and doors, but who can lead a crew, solve problems in the field, maintain high installation standards, and represent Everlast Installations professionally with every customer.

What You'll Do
As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing window and door installation projects from preparation through final cleanup.
Installation Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of residential windows and exterior doors
- Properly remove existing windows and doors while minimizing damage to surrounding materials
- Perform accurate measurements and verify openings before installation
- Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and Everlast Installations' standards
- Properly flash, seal, insulate, shim, level, plumb, and secure installations
- Work with a variety of window and door products and installation methods
- Identify potential installation issues before they become costly problems
- Perform finish work and ensure installations have a clean, professional appearance
- Complete punch-list items and address any installation deficiencies
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
- Properly handle tools, materials, equipment, and customer property
Lead Installer Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation helpers or crew members on job sites
- Train less-experienced installers in proper installation techniques
- Set the standard for workmanship, professionalism, and job-site cleanliness
- Assign tasks and keep the crew working efficiently
- Make sure projects stay on schedule
- Communicate with the office regarding job progress, material needs, delays, or unexpected issues
- Review the scope of work before beginning each project
- Verify that the correct products and materials are available before installation
- Perform quality-control checks throughout the installation
- Take photos and document completed work when requested
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about the installation
- Immediately report damage, product issues, measurement problems, or other concerns to management

- Willing to travel to job sites throughout the service area
- Able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift and carry windows, doors, glass, and installation materials
- Work on ladders and around elevated openings
- Frequently bend, kneel, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Work in residential construction environments
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
The following are a plus:
- 3+ years of professional window or door installation experience
- Experience leading an installation crew
- Experience with replacement and/or new-construction windows
- Experience installing exterior doors
- Knowledge of proper flashing and waterproofing techniques
- Experience with trim, casing, caulking, and finish carpentry
- Familiarity with manufacturer-specific installation requirements
- Construction or remodeling experience
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to train and mentor other installers
- EPA Lead Certification

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
