Full Job Description

As a Regional Leader, you will assume leadership in the extended before and after school programs in the Springfield area. Your dedicated efforts will be instrumental in guiding our organization towards fortified systems, refined processes, adept people management, and an enriched brand experience.

Your role will encompass overseeing, administering, and executing various facets of human resources, including recruitment, training, coaching, and program facilitation. Demonstrating a servant-based leadership ethos, you will cultivate a nurturing culture within your domain, fostering trust among all stakeholders and maintaining open communication channels with your direct supervisor.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and managing multiple extended before and after school learning program sites.
Steering staffing and recruitment processes across all sites.
Ensuring comprehensive participation of teachers in training initiatives.
Contributing to site-based and classroom training sessions for staff.
Efficiently scheduling and overseeing staff at each location.
Engaging comprehensively in program administration.
Upholding students' safety, enjoyment, and educational advancement.
Leading by example and actively participating in program activities.
Undertaking frequent travel within your designated territory.
Ensuring compliance with safety and licensing protocols.
Reviewing attendance and managing daily payroll allocations.
Monitoring and achieving P&L and budgetary objectives.
Cultivating employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
Fulfilling other duties prioritized by organizational requirements.
Meeting with administration/partners to provide programming updates and nurture trust-based relationships.
Participating in marketing endeavors to positively showcase programs within the community.
Delivering timely reports to your supervisor.
Addressing stakeholders' concerns within a 24-hour timeframe.
Consulting the leadership team on the needs, KPIs, and activities within your territory.

Your foremost objective will be to ensure our brand's excellence is deeply rooted and consistently upheld within your jurisdiction. This role necessitates travel, potentially including overnight stays. It is primarily field-based, affording significant autonomy while also requiring daily onsite presence for team engagement, coaching, mentoring, and leadership support.
