Job Title: Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent (On-Site) Job Description

Are you a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional looking to build a rewarding career while making a genuine impact on people's lives? We are seeking a dynamic, licensed Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.

In this role, you won't just close deals—you will act as a trusted coverage counselor, helping individuals navigate their options and secure their families' futures. This is an on-site position designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives on human connection—whether it’s shaking hands face-to-face or building seamless rapport over the phone. While you will have a supportive team environment, you must possess the entrepreneurial drive to work independently, manage your own daily book of business, and own your sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Coverage Counseling: Conduct comprehensive needs-based assessments to educate clients and pair individuals with tailored life and health insurance solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain deep trust with clients, turning cold outreach or warm leads into long-term policyholders and referral sources.
Independent Pipeline Management: Act as the CEO of your own desk. Proactively prospect, follow up on leads, track sales activities, and manage your day-to-day workflow with minimal supervision.
Omnichannel Sales: Seamlessly pivot between face-to-face consultations in the office and high-volume phone sales/virtual presentations.
Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all sales practices independently adhere to state insurance regulations, compliance guidelines, and strict ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Licensure: An active State Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it prior to start date).
Education & Life Experience: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent track record of professional life experience that demonstrates maturity, strong communication skills, and critical thinking.
Autonomy & Drive: Proven ability to work independently and stay highly productive without constant manager oversight. You are disciplined, organized, and accountable to your own daily goals.
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (insurance environment preferred, but we will train the right attitude).
Communication Skills: Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to explain complex policy details in clear, everyday language.
Resilience: A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset that views "no" as just a step toward a "yes."
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, phone dialers, and multi-screen workflows in an office environment.
