Ozark LTC Rx is growing and looking for motivated pharmacists to join our team in both full-time and part-time Staff Pharmacist and Consultant Pharmacist roles. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking pharmacists who are:

Strong clinical decision makers who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and well-informed consultation to LTC facilities

Requirements

Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities

Lead and operate within a fast-paced, customer-first pharmacy environment
Review prescriptions and physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness
Verify and check medications prepared by pharmacy technicians
Oversee workflow processes to ensure quality assurance, medication safety, and regulatory compliance
Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians involved in packaging, labeling, and medication preparation
Communicate effectively with facilities, nurses, providers, patients, referral sources, and insurance companies to resolve issues and answer questions
Help support efficient medication packaging and delivery operations within a long-term care setting
