We are seeking a confident, skilled, and experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse/Injector to join our growing med spa team. Our ideal candidate already has hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables and is ready to bring their clinical knowledge, technique, professionalism, and passion for aesthetics into an environment where they can continue to grow.
We are especially interested in an injector who is comfortable performing botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, conducting thorough consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and building lasting relationships with clients. We value natural, beautiful results, patient safety, continued education, and an exceptional client experience.
This is more than simply filling a position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a clientele, grow their aesthetic career, and become an important part of our team long-term.
Experienced Injectors Are Strongly Preferred
If you already have injection experience, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who can bring confidence and experience to the position while remaining open to learning new techniques, treatments, technologies, and approaches.
However, we also recognize that every great injector had to start somewhere.

Duties
- Administer botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other injectable aesthetic treatments with precision, safety, and attention to natural-looking results.
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, assess client concerns and goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, potential risks, aftercare, and recommended maintenance.
- Perform or assist with advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser and energy-based treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures, chemical peels, and other med spa services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and before-and-after photography.
- Follow all applicable medical, safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional care, communication, and follow-up.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products, services, and treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Participate in social media content, treatment demonstrations, educational videos, special events, and other marketing efforts.
- Help grow and maintain a loyal injectable clientele through excellent results and client experiences.
- Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, safety protocols, industry trends, and continuing education.
- Work collaboratively with providers, estheticians, nurses, and support staff to provide an exceptional overall client experience.
- Assist with additional med spa operations as needed as part of a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted nursing license appropriate for the position.
- Previous aesthetic injection experience with botulinum toxin and/or dermal fillers is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, injection safety, and client consultation.
- Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or related environment is preferred.
- Experience with lasers, RF treatments, IPL, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, or other aesthetic technologies is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident.
- Professional, polished, dependable, and able to represent the practice positively.
- Comfortable educating clients and discussing treatment plans, skincare products, and additional services when appropriate.
- Willing to participate in social media, photography, videos, events, and other practice-building activities.
- Motivated to develop and maintain a personal client base.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and exceptional outcomes.
- Coachable and willing to continually learn and improve.
- Able to thrive in a growing, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
