Client Relationship Manager

Help Create an Exceptional Client Experience

Our local Retirement Advisory & Wealth Management firm is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized individual who is passionate about building relationships and providing outstanding client service.

As our Client Relationship Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face and trusted voice of our office. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting our advisors behind the scenes to ensure our office operates smoothly.

Schedule:

Part-Time

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Your Primary Focus: Building Client Relationships

Every interaction matters. You'll be responsible for helping clients feel valued, informed, and cared for from the moment they contact our office until they leave after their appointment.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Build positive relationships through exceptional in-person and phone communication
Answer incoming calls and emails while providing outstanding client service
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client appointments
Communicate confidently and compassionately with clients regarding appointments, paperwork, and general questions
Managing special outreach to clients on Holidays, Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.
Help create an inviting, organized, and professional office environment

Administrative & Team Support

In addition to delivering an outstanding client experience, you'll help keep our office running efficiently by:

Assisting with client paperwork and maintaining accurate CRM records
Maintaining organized office files and records
Assisting advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handling confidential client information with integrity and discretion
Managing office supply inventory and ordering as needed
Supporting various operational projects as assigned
