Full Job Description

Description

The Finance Department with the City of Springfield is looking for our next Print Shop Assistant Operator.

What you'll do:

Produces printed materials;
Handles all incoming and outgoing mail;
Maintains records for billing and inventory.

What you'll need:

Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with large and small groups of people
Strong customer service skills

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience, Education, and Training

Two years of general office experience and one year experience in print shop operations;
Related college or vocational education may be substituted for some of the experience requirement.

PREFERRED

Experience with data entry; and experience with Microsoft Office software; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

Licensing/Certification

None required.
