Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with warehouse operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality product output while developing valuable skills in manufacturing and assembly. Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts and power tools, to support production activities
Assist with the assembly of products on the production line, following detailed instructions and specifications
Use hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas
Conduct routine inspections of products and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
Support inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing materials efficiently
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Skills

Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
Experience with forklift operation is highly desirable
Knowledge of assembly line processes and manufacturing workflows
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory control
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining productivity

Required to wear Respirator for full shift
