BHHS Ambassador Real Estate / Libby Long and Selling The Midwest team is a real estate team helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout Blair, Omaha, and the surrounding communities, with a special focus on rural homes and acreage properties.

As the success of the team grows, this individual may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and potentially help lead future showing support team members to ensure every buyer continues to receive an exceptional level of service.

What Will You Do?

Duties

Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
Build rapport with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property recommendations
Manage real estate transactions from initial showing through inspections and closing.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and transaction progress
Stay informed on current real estate market trends, industry regulations including Fair Housing laws, and local market conditions to advise clients accurately
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including digital platforms and open houses, to attract potential buyers

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry
Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
Familiarity with GMAIL, Gdrive (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales technology adoption tools for managing client data and transactions
Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and residential real estate transactions
Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic advice on real estate offers and negotiations
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client communications efficiently
Customer service-oriented mindset with a talent for building lasting client rapport and trust
Previous experience managing real estate teams or practicing real estate is advantageous but not mandatory
