Full Job Description

Location: Springfield, Ohio | Full-Time – Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Blue Stone Solutions Ltd. is a small agricultural retail company specializing in agricultural inputs such as fertilizer, ag chemicals and seed. We work closely with local farmers and suppliers, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our small team.

This position is responsible for keeping our business and office operations running smoothly while providing excellent support to our customers, sales team, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with accounting
Provide customer service and assist with billing and account questions
Manage inventory records and assist with purchasing
Maintain an organized and efficient office
Assist management and the sales team with day-to-day needs

Qualifications

Bookkeeping, accounting, office management, or related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software; QuickBooks experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Dependable, professional, and trustworthy

Agricultural experience is a plus. Experience with farm supply, fertilizer, chemical, seed, or agricultural retail is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
