Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. As a key player in our kitchen, you will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and supporting the overall management of kitchen activities. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
Assist in supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a cohesive and efficient team environment.
Oversee food production processes, including inventory management, portion control, and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Support menu planning efforts by contributing ideas for new dishes and ensuring the execution aligns with brand standards.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and dietary requirements across all food service operations.
Manage shift responsibilities including coordinating food service during busy periods, supervising catering events, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, including inventory control and supply ordering.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a busy kitchen setting.
Background in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is highly desirable.
Knowledge of dietary restrictions, food safety standards, and inventory management practices.
Ability to lead by example with excellent leadership skills, fostering teamwork and high performance.
Experience in restaurant or hospitality management roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently during shifts.
