Physician Assistant Position

Kidney Care of Oregon is the premier provider of nephrology care for patients suffering from kidney-related conditions (ex. CKD, Hypertension, etc.). We pride ourselves on a collegial atmosphere that respects each care team member’s role in the overall outcomes of the patient. Through this we have developed teaching programs, research programs, and many other programs to support the providers, both physician and physician assistant, in being able to provide the utmost level of care.

What we need:

1. Certified Physician Assistant that is licensed to work in Oregon. (We gladly accept new
grads)

2. Individual must be a lifelong learner, curious and interested in continuously improving.

3. A team player that remembers all we are doing revolves around the care of the patient.

4. Someone that shares in the goals and ideals of wanting to be the best at what they do.

What we offer:

1. Obviously, we have a competitive salary and robust benefits package to include:

2. 4-day week with 8-hour days!

3. We offer a small care team approach of 1-2 assigned physicians that will help and
develop you as you continue to strengthen your skillsets.

4. We offer a robust experience that has dialysis centers and clinics and soon may include
the ability to round in the hospital.

5. We have a teaching program and a research
program to make sure that we can provide the most opportunity for growth but also
for exploration.

6. We offer the most robust and advanced tools from EMR (Epic) to fully integrated office
tools to reduce unnecessary digital distractions.
