About the Role:
TechnoGuard Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional to help elevate our brand, strengthen our market presence, and support the continued growth of our data center solutions business. This role plays a key part in shaping how TechnoGuard is seen by customers, partners, and prospective employees across a fast-moving, highly technical industry.
Working closely with leadership, sales, engineering, and operations teams, you’ll develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives—from brand awareness and lead generation to product positioning and talent attraction. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative environment, ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

Build and execute TechnoGuard’s marketing strategy, aligning with company goals and growth plans

Develop and maintain cohesive brand standards, messaging, and visual identity

Increase brand awareness and name recognition within the data center and critical infrastructure markets
Social Media & Digital Presence

Manage and grow TechnoGuard’s presence across relevant social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, others as appropriate)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that highlights products, projects, people, and company culture

Track and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Content & Marketing Materials

Create and manage marketing collateral including digital content, presentations, trade show materials, and promotional assets

Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical solutions into compelling, customer-focused messaging

Support thought leadership initiatives and industry positioning
Branded Merchandise & Swag

Design, source, and manage TechnoGuard-branded gear and promotional items

Oversee swag programs for employees, customers, trade shows, and corporate events

Ensure all branded materials align with company standards and quality expectations
Events & Industry Presence

Support marketing efforts for trade shows, industry events, and company initiatives

Assist with booth branding, giveaways, and pre-/post-event promotion

Coordinate with sales and leadership to maximize event ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with sales, operations, and leadership to support business development efforts

Provide marketing support for proposals, customer outreach, and internal initiatives

Strengthen and elevate TechnoGuard’s brand presence across digital platforms, industry channels, and customer touchpoints, increasing recognition within the data center and mission-critical infrastructure markets.

Execute marketing initiatives that directly support business objectives, including lead generation, account-based efforts, product positioning, and employer branding.

Collaborate effectively with sales, leadership, engineering, and operations, translating complex technical solutions into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging.

Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice and visual identity, ensuring all content, campaigns, and materials reflect TechnoGuard’s standards and market position.

Grow and engage TechnoGuard’s digital and social media audiences, using performance insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve reach and engagement.

Deliver high-quality marketing materials and collateral that support proposals, trade shows, customer meetings, and internal initiatives.

Contribute to successful industry events and trade shows, supporting pre-event promotion, booth presence, and post-event follow-up to maximize return on investment.

Operate with ownership, accountability, and adaptability, managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while meeting timelines and priorities.

Use data and feedback to guide decisions, demonstrating continuous improvement in campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and market impact.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably supporting key accounts or targeted campaigns

Experience working closely with sales teams in an account-led or Account Based Marketing-style environment

Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Clear, confident communication skills and comfort working with a range of stakeholders
-
Ability to interpret campaign and account data to inform decisions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, marketing automation tools)

Proactive, self-starter mindset with a collaborative and adaptable approach

Pay range: $75,000 to $90,000 USD (annualized). This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
