We are a growing chiropractic clinic serving the Springfield, VT area, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $93,000–$103,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), providing an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within an established, wellness-focused practice.
As an associate in our clinic, you'll provide comprehensive chiropractic care while managing your own patient base. We operate within a collaborative model where each doctor has the autonomy to build their own practice while benefiting from the support, mentorship, and teamwork of an experienced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering exercise instruction
- Participating in team meetings
- Attending professional development seminars and continuing education
Our practice utilizes Manual Diversified, Palmer Package, Thompson Drop, and Webster techniques while maintaining a strong focus on chiropractic adjustments and wellness lifestyle education. Training and mentorship are available for the right candidate to ensure a smooth transition into our systems and approach to care.
