Full Job Description

We are seeking applicants to join our Toddler teaching team at Silverleaf Children's Academy West! Specifically, we are seeking candidates for a toddler classroom to work alongside a co-teacher with a group of 10 children 15 to 24 months old. Duties will include classroom management, planning and implementing lessons, and regular communication with parents.

Candidates with previous teaching experience with children ages 1-2 years old and/or college education or CDA are preferred.

Starting pay range is $17.25-19.50 per hour dependent on education and experience.

We are also interviewing for a float position for this fall. This position could be full time or part time and would include working with all age groups infant- 5 years old (filling in for teacher absences and lunch breaks) as well as other duties around the school including cleaning and kitchen assistance when needed. The pay range for this position is 16.50-18.50 per hour.

The start date for these positions will be no later than August 17th. There is the potential of an earlier start date if needed by the applicant, and agreed upon with the hiring director.

Enthusiasm for teaching children, an ability to work as a team, and an energetic and loving personality are a must!
