Join Waterbrook Therapy Group

Waterbrook Therapy Group is a growing private practice committed to helping individuals, couples, and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based counseling. We're looking for a warm, dependable associate therapist to join our team in a flexible part-time telehealth role.

This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is working in a school, agency, hospital, or community mental health setting and would like to supplement their income while gaining experience in private practice.

What You'll Do

Provide psychotherapy via secure telehealth to clients throughout Illinois.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain ethical, client-centered clinical care.
Collaborate with our supportive clinical team.

What We Provide

Consistent client referrals
Administrative support, including scheduling, billing, and insurance credentialing
Electronic health record (EHR)
Flexible scheduling
Clinical consultation and supervision, when applicable
A supportive, collaborative team culture

Schedule

Part-time
Approximately 5–10 client sessions per week to start
Evening availability preferred
Opportunity to grow your caseload over time if desired

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field
Illinois associate license (LPC or LSW)
Eligible to provide telehealth services in Illinois
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care

Compensation

$55–$60 per completed clinical session
W-2 employee
Compensation based on experience, licensure, and qualifications
