Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist with strong typing and accuracy skills. The ideal candidate can consistently achieve 6,000 or more keystrokes per hour, maintain a high level of accuracy, and efficiently manage large volumes of data. Candidates must be organized, able to work independently, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment. As part of the hiring process, all applicants will be required to successfully complete a data entry assessment and typing test to demonstrate their proficiency

What You’ll Do
Accurately enter and update information in company databases and systems
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Verify and correct errors or discrepancies in records
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Process large volumes of data while meeting productivity standards
Organize and manage electronic files and documentation
Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Meet established performance goals for accuracy and keystrokes per hour
Complete additional administrative and data entry tasks as assigned
Successfully utilize company software and data management systems

What We’re Looking For

Ability to type 6,000+ keystrokes per hour with a high degree of accuracy
Successful completion of a data entry and typing assessment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus
Proficiency with computers and common business software applications
Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to deadlines
Dependable, self-motivated, and professional work ethic
Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
Commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality work every day

What We Offer

Pay range: $15.00-16.00per hour. (Varies based on experience)

Weekly pay with direct deposit
