Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our establishment. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a memorable experience for our guests and visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate reservations
Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software
Assist with office management tasks such as organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and supporting team members
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to company standards for professionalism

Qualifications

Proven clerical experience or office management background with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and computer literacy
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members
Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professionalism in all interactions
Experience with front desk operations in hospitality or medical/dental settings is desirable
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
