About This Position

Unlike traditional contact centers that cap your earning potential and treat you like a replaceable cog, this role puts you in control of your income trajectory. You'll be the first voice prospective customers hear when they're ready to transform their homes — and your mission is to connect them with our Design Consultants through qualified appointment setting. This means handling inbound calls from homeowners who've already expressed interest, plus strategic outbound follow-up calls to confirm and schedule.

The energy in our Chicopee contact center is collaborative and competitive in all the right ways. You'll start with hourly pay during comprehensive paid training, then move into uncapped bonus territory where your effort directly determines your paycheck.
