Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction. There is potential for unlimited commissions bases upon sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of various insurance products and services.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best coverage options for clients.
Actively engage in sales activities, including telemarketing and client follow-ups, to generate new business.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Administer benefits and assist clients with claims processing as needed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to effectively advise clients.

Skills

Strong sales skills with a proven track record in insurance sales or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Proficient in customer service principles, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
Familiarity with benefits administration and sales administration processes is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
