Full Job Description

Help Build One of the Fastest-Growing TikTok Creator Networks in the Country

Do you love coaching people, building relationships, and helping others reach their potential?

Tsunami Creator Network is searching for a Creator Success Manager to work directly with the owner in developing both our in-person and remote TikTok LIVE creators.

As one of our first leadership hires, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our coaching systems, influence company culture, and grow alongside the business.

What You'll Do

Working directly with the owner, you'll help coach and manage creators across the United States.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with creators
Build relationships with both in-person and remote creators
Help creators improve audience engagement and LIVE performance
Review creator metrics and identify opportunities for growth
Hold creators accountable to goals and activity standards
Motivate and encourage creators through challenges
Help onboard and train new creators
Assist in resolving creator concerns professionally
Maintain a positive, supportive, and drama-free culture
Collaborate with the owner to improve coaching systems and creator development

Who We're Looking For

Experience in coaching, leadership, recruiting, education, customer success, sales, hospitality, or team management is helpful, but not required.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Details

Starting at $15.00/hour + Performance Bonuses
