This is a Commission only position!

Job Overview
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Independent Agent who wants to build a real career in insurance sales and client relationship management. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that gives you the freedom to grow your own book of business while leveraging our training, carrier access, and support systems.

You will focus on outside sales, relationship building, and providing tailored insurance solutions across personal and commercial lines. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership of their income and long-term growth.

Ideal Candidate
We are especially looking for people who want to make insurance a full-time career but are hesitant to walk away from their current job.

This position is designed so you can start part-time on the side. Many of our successful agents began this way — working evenings and weekends while keeping their existing income, then transitioning to full-time once their commission earnings became consistent and reliable.

If you are a self-starter with sales experience, a strong work ethic, and the desire to eventually replace (or exceed) your current income on your own terms, this role is built for you.

Duties

Conduct outside sales to identify and acquire new clients across health, life, property & casualty, and commercial insurance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options
Manage leads, follow-ups, and client information using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Assist clients with policy enrollment, renewals, and claims support
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts

Requirements

Proven sales experience (outside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable learning insurance products and regulations
and basic computer tools
Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
Must acquire Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health Insurance licensing prior to start.

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Earnings are commission-based with no income cap. Your success is directly tied to the effort and results you produce. We are paying above the industry standard in commission splits both new business and renewals.
