Lead Memorable Events as Our Event Lead!

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? At 425 Downtown, we specialize in bringing people together through exceptional events and catering. Based in Springfield, MO, we manage two historic venues—our flagship space, 425 Downtown, and The Old Glass Place. From stunning weddings to corporate galas and offsite catering, we pride ourselves on being the go-to team for the best parties in town. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have a knack for event coordination, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Event Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the planning and execution of events at our venues and offsite locations.
Coordinating with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.
Managing event timelines, logistics, and on-site staff to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborating with our catering team to deliver exceptional food and service.
Troubleshooting any challenges that arise during events with professionalism and grace.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and team members.
