'Our team of licensed professional counselors provide psychological services specializing in mental health, substance abuse, and sex offender counseling. Services offered include individual, group, and family therapy.

Summary

Join LCASI as a Sex Offender Counselor or Treatment Provider in our dedicated team. Based in the US, this role is vital in helping clients reintegrate into society safely while supporting our mission of healing and growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
Provide specialized counseling to sex offenders, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
Educate clients on behavioral management and relapse prevention techniques.
Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment for offenders.

Qualifications

Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience working with sex offenders preferred
Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention.
Excellent communication skills and cultural competence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
