Office Manager - Springfield Brewing & Distilling

Salaries Position - Starting $55,000-$65,000

Springfield Brewing Company is seeking a professional, dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager to support bookkeeping, payroll, employee administration, and general office operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical skills who is ready to take ownership of important office processes. The ideal candidate will be accurate, organized, approachable, responsible, self-sufficient and comfortable working with employees and managers.

Responsibilities

· Record and categorize routine financial transactions.

· Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable.

· Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

· Maintain receipts, vendor records, W-9s, and financial documentation.

· Assist with month-end accounting and routine financial reports.

· Review employee time records and process payroll.

· Assist employees with payroll and direct-deposit questions.

· Support employee onboarding, personnel records, and other administrative HR duties.

· Maintain confidential payroll, financial, and employee information.

· Order office supplies and coordinate routine office activities.

· Organize employee birthdays, work anniversaries, celebrations, meals, and recognition activities.

· Assist management with administrative projects and follow-up.

Qualifications

· Previous bookkeeping, payroll, .

· Working and bookkeeping principles.

· QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience preferred.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office technology.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

· Pleasant and professional demeanor.

· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and recurring deadlines.

· Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Position Details

· Job type: Full-time

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

· Location: Springfield Brewing Company, 305 S. Market Ave., Springfield, Missouri

· Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

· Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement savings plan
